Arts Collab

A proud part of Amp Up Arts, a collective impact initiative of the Alabama State Council on the Arts, the Arts Collab is one of several arts education resource centers throughout our state. We exist to ensure every student has equitable arts education opportunities in Greater Birmingham. As the local arts education resource center, we serve the entire arts education ecosystem including hundreds of schools, nearly 300 community arts partners, and Birmingham learners and their families. The Arts Collab champions Birmingham’s arts education vision, provides arts education programs to schools, convenes Birmingham’s Arts Education Network, provides professional development to teachers and arts professionals on arts integration and creativity-based pedagogical methods, co-leads The pARTners Project, and hosts PRISM™, a searchable platform of Birmingham’s arts education experiences. The Arts Collab is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization.
