Exploring Roles in Arts-based Engagement
What is the role of culture in shaping more democratic, participatory, and sustainable cities? Can institutions become facilitators rather than decision-makers? Join us for the latest SSD Talk where Isabel Ojeda, culture manager at Universidad Internacional de Andalucía and former General Director of Culture for the City of Seville, explores these questions through a series of participatory, art-based projects rooted in nature and citizen collaboration.
In this talk, Isabel presents two participatory art projects - Jardín Acondicionado (“Conditioned Garden”) and Bibliokepos - from the perspective of the different participants!
