Join Copenhagen Fintech and a curated group of Nordic scaleups for a five-day delegation to London — built to give participating companies real exposure to the UK market, direct access to senior decision-makers, and the kind of conversations that turn into partnerships, pilots, and customers.

Curated pitch & demo day with a leading UK bank A curated session with a major UK bank, where delegates pitch and are introduced to relevant business lines, partnership leads, and ecosystem contacts. (Partner bank to be confirmed.)

Nordic Night London — reception, fireside chat & investor mingle (evening) Our signature Nordic Night reception, in the heart of London — now combining the founder–investor conversations we typically host over breakfast with our evening fireside format. The evening opens with a closed fireside chat featuring Nordic founders who have successfully entered the UK market, in conversation with a leading VC and bank (speakers TBC), followed by open networking with Nordic and UK investors, founders, and the London community. Delegates are encouraged to bring their UK contacts — the more relevant rooms, the better the week.

Tuesday 9 June — The Grand Event

Full-day program by Copenhagen Fintech and in partnership with Trifork, OMFIF, GFTN & Pepperly Group

This is the centerpiece of the delegation, and arguably the single most valuable day of the week for your company.

We're hosting a curated, full-day program in partnership with Trifork, GFTN, and Pepperly Group, designed around senior, C-level decision-makers across the UK financial ecosystem. The kind of people who set strategy at the institutions Nordic scaleups want to sell into, partner with, and learn from.

Why this day matters for delegates:

Across the week

Founder insights Sessions with Nordic founders who have successfully established themselves in the UK market, sharing real experiences, lessons learned, and practical advice, woven into the fireside on Monday and into smaller-format conversations across the week.

London Tech Week participation Delegates will join activities around London Tech Week, gaining exposure to the broader tech and fintech ecosystem, networking opportunities, and market visibility.

Free meeting day: Dedicated time for participants to conduct self-booked meetings, follow up with connections, or explore opportunities in the market.

Participation & Costs

Travel & Expenses All travel and accommodation costs are the responsibility of each participating company.

Conference Tickets Tickets for external events (including London Tech Week, if relevant) must be purchased separately by participants. Discount codes will be shared if available.

Delegation Capacity Each delegation is limited to 12 companies, with scaleup partners given priority.

• Members: 2,500 DKK excl. VAT
• Non-Members: 10,000 DKK excl. VAT
